How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
The expected delivery time for your order is 4-5 business days.
However, in case of any unavoidable circumstances, the customers would be duly informed.
Do you take orders over phone?
No. Currently this feature is not available. However you can mail us at wizards@mrbutton.in for any question or to place a manual order in case you are facing any difficulty.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped you are provided with a tracking id. You can trace the status by entering the tracking id on the courier partner weblink or can call/mail us directly. You can also go to
track order link on our website to check the order status or tracking details.
Can I cancel my order?
– You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. In case of prepaid orders amount will be refunded back as credit coupon.
– Once the order is processed from our warehouse, cancellation of the order will lead to refund in form of credit coupon.
Can I try your products before buying?
This service is unavailable for online orders. However, you can try our collection at our Guideshop. We encourage you to walk in, try and feel our products and only buy when you are fully satisfied. We also provide custom tailoring and personal styling service at our guideshop in Noida. We work hard to provide you the right fit.
For online orders you can always get in touch with our style advisor on mail to clear your doubts.
GIFT ORDERING
Can I place a custom message for a gift order?
Yes. You can add your message for the gift in the comment section at checkout. You can also drop us a mail at
wizards@mrbutton.in for any personalization or customization for the gifts.
Do you remove the Price tag and invoice for a gift order?
Yes, all the gift orders are sent without the Price tag. However we need to attach an invoice copy with the shipment.
PAYMENTS
Can I pay with my debit card?
Yes, you can place online orders with your debit card.
What is the process for Cash on Delivery(COD)?
– All Cash on Delivery orders will be processed after our auto-verification method of your mobile number.
– Cash on Delivery service is provided only on orders above Rs 899/-
– If you want to know whether your area is serviceable for COD, you can mail us at wizards@mrbutton.in and provide your PIN code. We will inform you about the availability of COD option in your area.
Can I pay with my card instead of cash for a Cash on Delivery order?
No. We only accept cash for COD orders.

Who pays for the shipping if i send the item back?
The courier charges would be paid only till the amount of Rs.150 in the form of credit voucher.

Yes, we do ship worldwide.
What are the international shipping charges?
We provide free shipping all over the world.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return / exchange policy?
You can return the product and drop us a mail at wizards@mrbutton.in for immediate exchange with another size or avail credit for the same.
Return request should be raised within 7 days from the day of delivery. This option is not available for products purchased on a discount sale.
What is your exchange policy for custom tailored orders?
We do not offer exchanges for custom tailored orders as they are made specifically for you. But if you are not fully satisfied with the fit, we will be more than happy to alter and make it right for you.
The courier charges for return would be paid till the amount of Rs.150 in the form of credit voucher.
Will I get a money refund?
We don’t have a policy for refund. The concerned product can be exchanged for another size. If you do not wish to shop with us presently, we can issue a credit coupon of the amount same as your order amount which can be used as per your convenience.
It’s been almost a week since I requested for credit coupon. I’ve still not heard back about it?
This would happen because your product has not reached our warehouse. You can contact us for the same by writing us at wizards@mrbutton.in.
Can I use multiple coupons and offers at once?
No you cannot. You can only use a coupon or an offer at a time.
If more than one offer is applied to your order, then our team will contact you for the correction with the same.
